摸着石头过河
古人说三十而立，我马上就要三十岁，可是怎么个“立”法还没捉摸清楚。
没有前人的经验可以借鉴，（或者是拒绝借鉴别人的经验）基本上走上了“岔路“。
看来人的成长是个“无级变速”过程，而不是“几年一个台阶“这样的形式。。。
